My Role
Identified how the existing web development outsourcing market fragments planning, design, development, deployment, and marketing across separate vendors, and co-founded Jabin Studio to build a team that owns everything from planning to operation while also handling generative AI search visibility (GEO/AEO). Defines business direction and client problems, then translates them into projects the development team can build.
- Registered as a business on September 1, 2026 and built a four-person operating team
- Went independent as Jabin Studio, building on The Robinsons experience, to support real client contracts and ongoing business operations
- Directly handled everything from prospecting to requirements analysis, quoting, and contract negotiation
- Turned ambiguous client requests into concrete features and information structures for the development team
- Expanded the business from end-to-end web development to GEO / AEO / AI visibility
- Passed Round 1 of 'Modu-ui Changup,' a startup program run by Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups
